Stone and sand quarries for IBM Building & Construction Material Supply Company Uganda are located approximately 25km – 60km South of Kampala which is a distance short enough to allow for flexible transportation for material. The company provides aggregates such as sand, gravel and crushed stone to the engineering, commercial, and residential markets within Uganda.

These aggregates are essential in all construction projects in Uganda. This would include the sand and gravel that are necessary for the production of concrete, as well as the tar and asphalt used to construct bridges, sidewalks, roads, parking lots in addition to the concrete bricks and crushed stone used for drainage and the base materials under building foundations, roads and rail roads.
